Humble Police Departmet Requests Public's Help in Identifying Diesel Theft Suspects

Please help The Humble Police Department dentify these two suspects who between 10/13/22 and 10/14/22 committed a theft of diesel in the 1200 Blk of Atascocita Rd, Humble, Texas.

@ZMAN : I was wondering the same thing? How are the pumps turning on if they haven't pre-paid?
