cbear : I went. What a waste of time and money. They should call it the Baconless Festival. Most of the booths were either selling windows or phone services. Plenty of food trucks, only one that I saw had a Bacon Burger. Sorry, but don't waste your money. Also, if you do go, there is a Gun Show going on inside the Civic Center. The Baconless Festival is east if the Center.

EXACTLY the way it was last year -- the first and last time we went. It has nothing to do with bacon at all. Perhaps the name is intended as some sort of metaphor, but if it is, I don't get it.

The most exciting part of our visit last year was a thunderstorm that blew through for a time.
