WTF : Right if they had any sense at all they would have got caught trying to steal a big Dodge Ram something or other. Then in prison they could explain why they wanted to get rammed. LOL

Kittle : I have a GS350. I really like it. The lack of backseat legroom and smaller trunk are the only things that are not ideal. But since I don't sit in the backseat, and rarely have someone it is not a big deal.
And the smaller trunk space is not that big a deal either.
It's totally all about the ride and handling!

ExCTGuyInTX : Thank you. We are considering the ES350; I am not sure how that compares to the GS350. We are not looking for a sporty drive but we are looking for the comfortable ride that we had in the Avalon.

When I went to the Lexus dealer recently, I looked at the ES 350 and IS 350 and they were both a little roomier than mine
I can't believe you're also going from an Avalon, 2012, because that is the car I had for many years before getting the Lexus last September.
The ride in the Avalon was smoother but the handling was not as precise as the Lexus.

ExCTGuyInTX : I absolutely loved that Avalon. It was great on road trips as well as an easy drive for me. We kept it 10 years. Lol. It was incredibly disappointing that Toyota discontinued Avalons. We really didn't want to go to Lexus so we stepped down to a Camry in 2021. Buying a car during Covid was a nightmare. Reviews indicate the ES350 will be as close to the Avalon as we can get.

Basically, no difference.
Lexus is the luxury version of Toyota.
The incredibly cool features on my 2014 Lexus over the 2012 Avalon are huge!
I can't wait to upgrade to a 202x Lexus.
