I want everyone to know the house was not taken from us for taxes! It was title (deed) thief that we have been fighting for 10 years and won 3 trials yet the judge overturned the jury verdict and took our house to assign a receiver to sell our property and gave us 10 days to vacate. The furniture that was in the front yard had a sign saying free since whe had no way to move the stuff due to the weather was when we were issued the stay in place freeze order yet we still had to leave as for the yard coment I cut my grass and trimmed my bushes planted trees had trees fall during hurricane Beryl and had to cut and remove trees by myself because someone complained when there were trees down in yet there were several of our neighbors yards whom had trees down also but someone made a complaint and the city they gave me 10 days to remove tree or be fined before people start saying ugly things fact find not guess and yes we had electricity water etc. Just because we didn't light up the whole house did not mean we had no electricity we were the 3rd home built in Forest Cove and it was built by our parents to be stolen by a person I will not say what I think of her inwhich she has passed away from substance abuse yet they still stole our home and still fighting to get it back but someone desided to burn it down

How would you feel if someone did a title theft of your home and you spent 10 years going to court spending money on attorneys to have it taken away from you? It isn't right nor was it a justice system it's injustice system

Thanks for photos, I am amazed those trees weren't engulfed in flames. Thank goodness we've had a wet spring or it could have been a lot worse!🙏

I am so sorry to hear of your heartbreaking story! Folks who create fake property deeds & steal peoples homes deserve a special place in hades. Prayers you have received some closure if not compensation.🙏

No was given 10 days to vacate which left us homeless with a dog ,a bird and 3 cats and nowhere to go just my neighbor texted me when it started approximately 4:32am it started by where the attack stairs were and within minutes it was all the way across the roof I suspect someone poured an accelerant from the end of the house by kitchen to attack stairs and lite it up because my neighbor said they saw a flicker by where the stairs were and then it was all the way from one end of the house to the other he was outside in his driveway getting ready to leave and called 911

I have contacted all different news stations mayor governor and president all i get i sounds like a legal matter I'm like no kidding an illegal one with no offer to help but asked if I would donate to their campaign lol i have spent so much in attorneys appeals first court of appellate court till they drained me then went pro-say crooked justice system not following texas rules and regulations I'm still fighting I'm not giving up and if I finally get justice I'm suing for them to rebuild my home if they didn't make us leave it wouldn't have been torched for an attorney representing a dead person inwhich when she died the case should have also she had no aires
