It's a 24 month lease, and the fine print says $6,450 is due at signing. So...not so cheap. ; )
I guess....$6450 / 24 months = $269/mo + $59/mo = $328/mo. I don't lease cars, so I couldn't say if that's a good deal or not...

If it seems too good to be true....might apply here. You may have limited mileage, and owe Per mile after that number. Who pays for repairs? How and when? I would use that money for the year lease and look for a good used car to buy, outright, even if it was a year or two older, but a mechanic checked it out fully for me, before purchase.
LittleTexas : It is limited mileage 10-12k a year and a per mile overage charge, that's standard with leases.
