What did you want to get a Pic. Of exactly? A dead person? You would have taken the time to take a pic. but not take the time to call 911?

I probably would have asked him if he was ok and then given him a few bucks to get some breakfast, But Im a nice and compassionate dude.
Just because you live in an affluent neighborhood it doesn't make you better than these people. You cant just sweep the under the rug. Poverty exists weather you like it or not, Its part of capitalism.

ZMAN : We know your stance quite well about giving cash to beggers. When they start to affect your home value you might change your tune. Will be too late by then to do much about the problem.
