Don't give the homeless money.
Ruger5 : Police can certainly shew them off private property. They can't shew them off public property.
Viperasp : I don't make a habit of telling others what to do with their money, as I don't like folks telling me what to do with mine.
Homeless person passed out in the "breezeway" area at the old HEB center. He had his bike and trash around him. Looked like he was dead. I'm with my young son, so I didn't want to get too close or I would have taken a picture. Went into Pet Ranch and told the lady inside. She said she would call the authorities. She & another person walked outside to make sure he wasn't dead. He wasn't, saw his leg move. I am so **** off that this is happening in Kingwood. We didn't move out to the suburbs to see this crap. And if you're a bleeding heart giving these people money...this will happen. It's disgusting and I don't want this in my community. I have lived in the city and this brings crime and other undesirable things to a community. And just know that if you leave a "where are they suppose to go" or any sympathy comments towards the homeless...I will delete your comments. If you want to support these people, then move to the city and take them with you. 🎤 MIC DROP!!!! There needs to be a town meeting called to address this issue & the panhandlers. Who needs to be contacted? [ Admin: Just to clarify, thread creators cannot delete comments from other people on their threads ]
I almost ran over a panhandler begging with a group in public parking spaces in Aldi shopping center.

Drugs alcohol and tabacco addictions drive desperate people to the streets, not hunger. Let's be real.
