Heathur : So they are removed!
1836 : So unless you actually see the person with a bottle or needle. You cannot remove them even if they are passed out from let's say because they are drunk?
calliecat : Say the person is at Pet Ranch. The owner calls & says "Hey, this is private property, I'd like this person removed please." The officer can come & issue a Criminal Trespass Warning, or CTW. They can do this whether a person is homeless or not. So that homeless person has been WARNED that the business owner does not want them there & if they return back to the property they will be arrested & charged with criminal trespassing. Well if said person, be it a homeless person or even yourself, decides not to heed said warning & returns to the same property the next day, & the property owner again calls the authorities & says "The person I called about yesterday who you issued a CTW for has returned again today. I would again like them removed from the property." The officer would then come arrest them for *breaking the law* by violating that CTW. You get what I'm saying? An officer removes a person when they do something illegal. Violating a CTW is in fact illegal, so yes.
MissAmericanPie: thank you for putting that into perspective. You didn't name call or try to belittle me and I appreciate that. So many hateful comments insinuating that I'm a horrible person because I didn't check on him myself or bring my child over and make introductions. But your comment was actually kind without being rude. So thank you. I think I was mostly in shock and instead of venting...should have called 911 r did what I did and allerted a business owner and called it a day.
Heathur : does this work for adult children still living at home? asking for a friend

CocoBagogo1 : "And just know that if you leave a "where are they suppose to go" or any sympathy comments towards the homeless...I will delete your comments. If you want to support these people, then move to the city and take them with you." And this wasn't rude????? You got the same energy you put out in your OP. Threatening to delete or flag comments because people don't agree with you is not the way to go on social media.
J2911 : Pretty sure there was a big spoon to stir that pot with...why post if you want no reactions?
