cbear Gigix4 : Home insurance does not cover dead trees if it falls on you or a neighbor. I'd take a pic of it and get a statement of it's condition and cut it down. Or maybe just ask the HOA to take it down ?

rd213 : I don't know about other villages but Trailwood does not require approval. My daughter and SIL live in Kings Forest, and they have taken down several trees without approval.

billcherie2 : I'm sorry but, my tree's are my responsibility and if I deem it necessary to cut them down, I will do so.

cbear : I remember seeing a navy blue house bricks and all with brown trim around here. The first thought was "wow, someone approved that combo".
Smoothwaters : Or.....the owner didn't seek approval and just went ahead and painted it.
cbear : I'm in Greentree and we cut down two (one was half dead). Didn't advise HOA nor would I.
