Im working with a program now for mental illness that are homeless. It may take 2 days - 2years but I dont want to be in a shelter because it feels like jail.

At least you would be out of the weather and all the eliments, though. I'm sure it's tough to have to abide by the rules and all, but what do you do when it's storming out, or when it gets cold?
I really do hope you can get set up with the housing you need, and something you are comfortable with.

Not trying to be mean but , how can homeless have phones ? They have service to be paid . Where do they get the bill ?

Yes I'm on northpark and Woodland Hills…. There is a creek I sleep in my tent. Sometimes you might catch me at Starbucks or McDonald's. Maybe sitting by Walgreens
