I have been hearing about trackers being hidden on bikes, especially if they are expensive. A lot students have hidden trackers on their bikes like Apple air tags or similar off brand that are brought to school (especially college campus). Hopefully someone finds the bike. I occasionally find a abandoned bikes on the trails, will be on the lookout for it but thinking you may want to call 20 or more pawn shops in the area
Qwerty + 1 more reacted Junebug1993 : Sometimes, I think we feel too safe here in Kingwood. Thank of this as a warning and start being more careful. I think things like this happen to us for a reason. It's to make us more aware.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : If they get a pic, they should let Grizzy's Hood news know and do a "come on down". Maybe Grizzy has the contacts to get the footage anyways.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : Yes, more aware of the increasing crime in Kingwood. People are so unaware of what's happening right under their noses. It's definitely NOT the Kingwood prior to annexation. All the flood repairs brought in lots of contractors & repair people along with criminals. One came to my door 8 years ago & said he'd do work for free. When I didn't take him up on his offer, he came back & stole things & took my car keys. The Houston police who spend their last 30 days at the substation don't want to get involved much & don't want to jeopardize their pensions. You're on your own for a lot of things. Crime is now secretly flourishing in KW without much to curtail the tide. Be ever so vigilant to protect your things.

I knew a person long time ago everyone called him Junebug. I thought that was a cool name.
My pawpaw gave my that nickname my real name is Sarah
No other than I am getting a new bike if that bike is found it will go to my boyfriend
I would also go to the local bike shops and provide them with a pic incase someone tries to sell it...
golfshot and Qwerty reacted I just want to add that the thief may have modified your bike. The person may have removed the purple heart bell or taken off the lights.
I really hope you get your bike back. The odds of getting back are slim to none, but it could happen!
I know you said you are a special needs person and your bike is/was your form of transportation.
I see you have a new bike in your latest post. Please lock it every single time you need to step away from it.
Again, I hope you get your bike back!
