Hello! My name is LoriBalli.
A little about me: I am a mom who now lives in the DFW area. I raised my kids in Kingwood and we lived there 21 years.
I joined this sight to educate the community that my son is homeless (his choice) in Kingwood. I have begged him to come home and a room awaits him at any time he chooses to do so. He is not on drugs or alcohol but does suffer with bipolar disorder.
I feel most people there have been exceptionally kind to him.
If anyone sees him I would really appreciate hearing that he is ok.
As you can imagine I worry about him a lot.
He is 6 ft tall light brown to blond hair. 30 years old.

LoriBalli : Hi Lori....I recently met a woman, Cathy Luce, who is on this site. I was selling some jeans that she inquired about. She was buying them for a young, homeless man here. She told me that she sees him frequently and wanted to get him some warm clothes in preparation for winter. The way she described him to me very much sounds like the description of your son. She told me that he was very shy and hesitant to accept help. You may want to try to contact her. She is also on the another website app. I pray that he is safe and returns to you soon. I can't even imagine what you are going through. I will pray for you also. I will go back through my emails and see if I saved Cathy's contact info. Her and her husband have first-hand knowledge.

LoriBalli : I am sending you all my prayers and support. I no longer live in Kingwood but keep in contact with all the wonderful people I have met here.
I have been where you are-i have a 36 year old developmentally disabled/ bipolar 1 son. At one point he was homeless in Kingwood for a week - again his choice. Hardest week of my life. We had a happy ending( so far because you really never know do you)
I know there are good folks there in Kingwood that will report back to you. I pray for your son's safety and I pray he finds his way back to you. I totally understand what a difficult situation this is for you- take care of yourself

Thank you so much for mentioning my contact information to Tray's mom. I have been very concerned about him (still driving with a pair of better shoes for him as well as blankets, etc. ) but have not seen him. I reached out to his mom on this site and hope to hear from her soon. Thanks for giving her my name. Hope you are doing well.

muffy : I'm not sure. Actually have been looking for him in the places I used to sit and talk with him but haven't seen him but quite awhile.
