Kittle : Thank you! Alas, my hopeful plan did not work. I clicked on "Chat" after posting the above and again it was Cy-Fair that opened, not the KDC forum. Joe and his team were already working on this but hadn't solved it. Joe said this had happened to a few other people -- but he did not say how it was resolved.
