Please tell me if you are happy with Chase, or Frost or Mint. I don't want to change and then be sorry so I need feed back, Thank you for taking the time.

@PanAmBlue : No bank is consumer friendly these days……we choose Chase over BOA in part but from what we have seen, heard and experienced, unless you keep matching the required higher balance, you get treated like pions. We have raised our bank limit four damn times over pst 10 years to avoid fees…..makes me sick.

I have Chase, and I have Capital One. Meh.
I would suggest a credit union. We've been quite happy with First Service Credit Union, and Community Resource Credit Union seems to be pretty good too.
As a matter of fact, when I was resolving my mother's estate, the investment company needed something called a "Medallion Signature Guarantee"
My credit union did it, and for free. The only other places that did it were downtown, and charged for it.

@PanAmBlue : If I was going to change banks I would go with Frost because they have better interest rates.

#msg6012172PanAmBlue : We did this a while back and we found Huntington which is up in the front on KWD. They are based in Ohio and are expanding their footprint to Texas and buying up banks. They are one of the Top 15 nationally . They have great customer service in person and if you call the branch, most of the time you will get a live person and no prompts. We got in on an offer for their Plus checking account and we did two of them and after 3 months we got $400 per account. Their app is pretty good and I use the desktop version a lot more. The only drawback for me is that Zelle is only on the app, if you use Zelle. They do have good security and multi-factor authentication. The also have some neat cross account features if they are separate owners but you want to know what is going on for each other. There are some other things with savings accounts that be interconnected too. Many different solutions. They also have 2 day early pay for direct deposits. They even offer you a credit line not based on your credit score but on your bank history and the rates are very low if you choose to go that way. We have not but nice to know if there is an emergency. We are very happy with them.
