Good news ...KW is gonna have a "Lagoon"!
Regarding all the earth hauling trucks coming out of the COH property across from KPARK & Woodland Hills, I stopped and asked today what's up ? The Spanish speaking road guard said it is a huge lagoon to hold water. So I presume he meant a retention area to retain storm water from flooding into KW, which is good news.

That is good news to hear. That area in particular was prone to flooding issues due to the new development that went in, and lack of planning for (at the very least) a retention pond. I hope that it helps, and it helps the residents there feel a little safer about flooding issues for those neighborhoods. Thank you for sharing this information!

Watch, they'll take all that dirt out and go dump it in the San Jacinto up north of us. This looks like a good place to dump this dirt!
