Golf Carts Followed 3 Sissy Boys earlier driving a golf cart on Deerbrooke heading to North Park and refused to let me by. Pulled into the center of the street when I went to pass them twice. When I got past them, I hand gestured that they were number 1 and stopped ahead of them and was waiting for them to ask what do you think you are doing then they turned around like a bat out of hell. Thus, the term Sissy Boys. No tags on the cart. Just what is the rule/law for driving a golf cart on public streets. They must have been 13/14 years old, so I knew that they probably had no license. Do you need a license, have to be a certain age, or is it Mommy and Daddy way of getting rid of them for a couple hours. Real smart a##s.Please keep the forums civil. Gray box info Details+Dispute
UptownGirl : There is some young girl driving the cart around my neighborhood too. It is my understanding that they are not allowed. Sorry that they behaved this way. Some of these young "men" are quite rude a disrespectful. There was a thread about electric bikes or scooters on here awhile back and the behavior of the boys on that thread resemble these boys. Same kids?
