there is an indoor entertainment venue, a new Haverty's Furniture, and behind those, is a convention center. There is already a small coffee spot near the Convention center, called Citizens. It's near the construction trailers, by the cc, there are some flag signs out, to show you where to turn. I feel like they will be breaking ground soon, on the HEB that will be built across 99, under the feeder from VR Center. They have been working on the drainage system and electric at the site. I think HEB was waiting to see if the big center was going to be popular, and it is. There is a new part of the center , a strip center, being built to the left of the side where the steak house, mexican food and Burlington, etc, is.
