I bet this will add so much extra traffic they will need to install traffic lights on WLH at that location. Will be another Kingwood flustercuk.
Looks nice, but I don't know how anyone affords these places. I am sure a 1 bedroom is the cost of my mortgage.
1836: I don't think that's the case at all. It's more of the form of development- high density apartment vs SFR. The site may be more suited for apartments(highest and best use), could be the developers economic models projected a greater need for apartment space given a slow down in housing or it could be apartments dovetail into a more broader agenda for more equitable and affordable subsidized housing project(s) in certain demographic regions.
Ruger5: Yes. We can only hope and pray they shop in Atascocita.

I think they will find crossing the bridge into Kingwood much more to their liking. I also see HEB becoming a full self service grocery store given they gain free labor in doing so. Surprised they haven't already done so. Their cost of doing business has gone up tremendously.l…. believe me, it's got to already be in the works.

Kings River Village has always been part of Kingwood. I wonder if KW will have to absorb all the students from there.

peppermintstick : I think Atascocita has everything they may need except the green belts. They have a great Kroger and a HEB plus Walmart.
live in Atascocita and shop here. I guess we will see.
