I'm sorry to hear that! Me and my DH just tried them recently and enjoyed it, so we were thinking of visiting again soon. I hope they can get it fixed quickly, it's a shame that it will be such a big expense for a business that has just opened up not too long ago.

One would think Fuzzy's would be leasing that space. If they bought the building, a pre-sale inspection should have caught the heater/AC issues.

Exactly, the lessor would be responsible for the utilities. Btw, we visited Fuzzy's recently and it was great!

We went this evening and didn't notice a temperature issue. Food was hot, service was fast and pleasant. 🤷🏼‍♀️ We enjoyed our meal very much!

bigla : that building has always had HVAC issues. It does have a nice kitchen/grill/bakery area when properly maintained.

My husband I eat there about once a week. We love it. Its super clean, everyone is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is good and priced very well. I love that they are right here in Kingwood and we don't have to drive in the chaos of traffic to get there. Eating outside is really nice and obviously, that depends on the weather. If they are having heat and ac problem's it must have just happened because we have not noticed it. We have souvenir cups and get free drinks every time. I always get the trio for my meal and have leftovers and take it home. They give me a whole other bag of chips. I get to eat it again later or the next day. I love the chips. Check them out for yourselves before crossing them off your list or giving a bad review. The kids that are working there are trying really hard and have been wonderful. I love seeing smiling faces while they work. It's a good place and a good thing.

bigla: that's not right to run a facility with no heat or cold expecially here . That's too bad hope something good happens

Not all landlords maintain the HVAC units. In my lease, I am responsible for all repairs and maintenance. Landlord responsible for replacement only (and with today's costs of units, the unit literally has to be struck by lightening to "prove" it needs to be replaced). Worth the cost of a great HVAC mechanic to do twice yearly inspections/maintenance. (Also good proof to landlord that you are meeting your requirements.)
