Kittle sweetie : I'm not sure, but I believe he features different menu items in the evening, such as the Prime Rib.

Bloom : oh I didn't know that. I know that I was told they only have prime rib on Friday and Saturday night starting at five.

FYI - prime rib is only available Fridays and Saturdays starting at 5 pm.

grinchy : Now, if I could just get an extended member of the family to eat beef without it being cooked to death! The blood relatives all know medium rare is the bomb.

Annie : You can always cook their portion in the oven to make it well done! I accidentally did this when I was reheating ... made me sad.

Smart that you asked for the end cut. A few times I got some really fatty pieces. Apparently some people really like that but I like my meat more lean. I like their brisket so much, buy it every other week and then make other meals out of it too adding it to recipes I am cooking. I love their sweet squash side dish, highly recommend
