My friend and I went to fire craft BBQ tonight. We were there about five. She had told me that they had really good prime rib there. So we went. I had the end cut prime rib. It was so good. I was surprised. The season was good. The meat was tender. It was really too thick for me. Good thing it was tender. I brought it home. I'll probably eat on it for three days. But it was really good and she doesn't get the end but she said hers was delicious. So juicy. I thought they only did BBQ.

My husband and I get the prime rib (comes with two sides) to go - and we get 3-4 meals out of one order. We also make a package of au jus to go with it. I've also made French dip sandwiches with the leftovers.
