Last night was the perfect night for a fall festival. Hope you had a great time.

I had roasted bone in/skin on chicken breast. When it was done, I removed the skin, basted it with habanero pepper jelly BBQ sauce, stuck it under the broiler until it was bubbly. And Caesar salad. Great big glass of Y'all's Sweet Tea (with lemon-no sweetener )

That sounded like it was delicious! We ordered some Fire Craft BBQ with some sides, and it was a great way to start off the weekend.
