Found this dog in Elm Grove very sweet. Does anybody know who he/she belongs to? There is only a collar with no tag. I don't have Facebook so I can't post there. Please help.

Inconceivable13 : Can you take the pup to Pet Ranch? They can scan him for a chip and hopefully find their owner. Thanks for helping him.

Ask a neighbor if they are part of your neighborhood FB or ND.

I recently "cross polinated" something I saw on a different site here to KDC. Another KDC poster saw something on FB and posted the owner. It took 3 different websites but we got the Frenchie reconnected with its owner.

And, I was also going to suggest Pet Ranch for scanning. Emoticon
