Guess better than paying 400 and have to bulldoze the house. Acre lots are hard to find in the kingwood area now without a house on it already
Kittle reacted That is very pricey. It will be interesting to see at what price it ultimately sells.
"One cool highlight is the peaceful, wooded setting of the neighborhood which offers a true sense of privacy while stayingclose to the city. For a quick meal nearby, hit Pappasito's Cantina for some solid fajitas and local flavor," says your friendly AI real estate agent.

Very pricey. During Harvey it flooded on Hamblem but, if you are familar it went most of the way up the hill of the old number 1 Fairway but, not past that. I think I may have been the last one to play the course before Harvey.

I guess it is better than having more apartments or those tiny house things they built in the Neighborhood by St Martha's church. At least at those prices they should be nice homes. But if I had bought a home thinking I would be looking a a golf course I wouldn't be happy about it.

The person that owns/runs Oakhurst GC owns/manages the Cove property as well. Doesn't surprise me the asking price for lots given the person involved.
