This has been updated to a warning, which is pretty uncommon here. Wind + ridiculously low humidity + drought will make for dangerous conditions today. If you see someone burning outdoors - CALL IT IN. They WILL respond. Keep those cigarettes butts in the car! I'm a smoker but I don't throw my **** out the window. That's a very easy way to start a fire here in Kingwood with the trees. ........... RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 6 PM CST SUNDAY FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY ACROSS SOUTHEAST TEXAS.
