Experienced group fitness instructor wanted for occasional substitute teaching of active older-adult/SilverSneakers classes in the Kingwood area. Great fit for a certified group exercise instructor, personal trainer, senior-fitness instructor, or instructor experienced with low-impact strength, balance and mobility.
