GoldenGirl : Golden girl have a question for you. Is estate sales a percentage of sales or usually per a day fee? Also do you ever have where items are sold for a different family that do not have enough for a larger sale (example one family agrees to allow another family to also sell items)? Curious how it works for someone considering a a small or partial sale?

HappyDay2016 : It is a percentage. My advice is get everything in the house before calling an estate company out to quote a percentage. One proceed check will be issued up to the family to split as they see fit.Generally a sale will need to do a minimum of 10k or so.
