Always possible the gators have evolved and formulated an uncannily clever ploy to use a pump as bait for human tar tar. Did anyone see who actually installed it?

It is always sad to see how people treat the parks, but it all starts with small things. If you see someone throw trash out their window, honk and make them feel guilty about cleaning it up. If you see it on your walk, pick it up. The less there is, the less people will just throw it there.
