CONSTABLES ARREST A SUSPECTED DRUNK DRIVER WHO WAS OVER TWICE THE LEGAL LIMIT On June 3, 2024, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 8000 block of FM 1960 Road East. The driver was identified as Priscilla Lopez, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined that she was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that her alcohol content was .206, over over twice the legal limit and that she had two open Misdemeanor Warrants. "Priscilla Lopez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 10." - Constable Mark Herman

TownHubAdmin : Sad, She is only 23 years old and already has this awful addiction. I'm so glad they got her before she was able to kill someone. Too bad her bond is so low!

Butterbean : Probably because of her alcohol level. Most people would be passed out or blacked out at that level. I think I'd be dead

cbear : Me too! She needs to plunk down more than a few bucks to get out of jail. It needs to hurt when she pays her bond. As it is, she is laughing and she will go on like she is and probably kill someone.
Is this the face of an alcoholic? How do you know?
Butterbean : What does it matter if she is or isn't?? She got into a moving weapon severely under the influence, enough for two people. Who does that? Someone without a drinking problem?? 🙄
Anyone else think that $100 bond is low?! Desths by DUI are serious and creates nightmares for those who loose a loved one.
