That first estate sale has a lot of tools and those really nice toolbox. I don't know anything about a tool or toolbox, but those look nice.

GoldenGirl: I like the second one from the picture . I went to one behind the high school this weekend it was Cool . I did have two really neat metal Santa's and snowman $8 each half off . I didn't have cash but later I remembered I have $40 cash now I'm sad was that one yours

I tried to check that one out but wow - was it ever crowded! It was difficult to park anywhere close to the house.

sellbuy: yea it was a crazy place . We happen to get a place as someone pulled out closer to the front door

Home could be vacant and at risk of break in, people knocking on the owners door trying to "get a peek or make a deal in advance" trust me you would be surprised at some of the tactics we see....

WOW !!!! Not sure when if ever we will attempt two sales in one weekend!!! LOL I am exhausted... Both sales did very well, thanks to all of our loyal followers.. I only had one issue and if by chance she is a Kingwood.com person.... You know who you are.... Please feel free to contact me - I will be happy to log on to the Comptroller account and show you that I file taxes on the 20th EVERY month.Every sale there is usually 1 or 2 people who get angry that we charge taxes.... I explain to them that as a business we are required to charge taxes... If you have your own sale with your own belongings you don't charge tax, if you hire a firm we are required to charge tax. This weekend I had a lady who was buying a 3.00 item, a toy for her child... She created a scene, refused to pay the .24 cents - which I gladly would have paid for her had she been nice but instead she accused me of pocketing the tax money....
Anyway, I want to apologize to any of you who may have had to witness that exchange.
She ended up leaving with a crying child and no toy...
