Yes I went last week for daughters permit appointment after waiting 6 months then happened to see them closed so end up in cypress and they took her in rightaway knowing what's going on in humble.

The location in Acres Homes is close to my favorite BBQ restaurant - Burns BBQ. I booked my renewal appt so I would be close to mouth-watering brisket. I'm not a fan of their sides though.

That is the exact same building that I first got my license 35 years ago and it had been there forever before me. They need to just build a new and bigger one.

The info on the closing may be as far imbedded as the Appointment Maker step, not sure about that.? Should be a banner at the top to inform, you are right about that. Go to the one in Spring; it is big, well organized, and when you make your appointment online, be sure to get there early, as keep Moving! Went with my older son after lunch together; there 15 minutes before his appt time. We were Back in the car, renewal done, By his actual appt time!

Thanks for posting this, had an appointment there September 2nd. I rescheduled to the Spring location. You would think they would of notified me or better yet not allow anyone to make appointments there.
