peppermintstick : Adding coffee is a good idea, especially if they can make a really good cappuccino.

Speaking of cookies, my signature one is a glazed orange cranberry cookie - soft & chewy or thin & crispy. Gawd I love em. One Christmas I made 50 dozen. Back during the subbing years. They were requested at so many gatherings.

Kittle : Agreed. Butter makes all the difference in baking. If I don't know what the ingredients is or can't pronounce it that is a hard no when it comes to cookies.
