jj1 : Yes, always been that way. And with the exception of the steakhouse (I'll believe it when I see it) rumored to be coming, it will likely always remain this way. We are such an enclosed little bubble, Unless you live here, no reason to drive here to eat or shop. Good thing is Valley Ranch and Humble aren't far. And thankfully we have 3-B's close by. Country dining at it's finest 🤗

Ruger5 : Everyone complains about price here…. Look at El Tiempo, that place gets murdered daily on here There's a lot of cheap people here but want status

Kingwood doesn't have enough people visiting the area like The Woodlands, or enough office buildings and businesses to bring the expense report crowd.
Baldrick : I agree. Unless you live here others are in no way incentivized to drive into Kingwood.

asasolid2r : Idk but their parking lot is packed….. we tried it again maybe 6 months ago because of what I hear on here and seeing the parking lot thinking ok maybe it's better now It's just not

High end restaurants do not offer coupons so a lot of people on this site would not go, they still think Raffa's is high end. It is not.
UptownGirl : The trifecta for my husband is a lunch special with a coupon combined with a gift card, that makes for one happy *** man! I am so not kidding.
Ruger5 : I like it that way. We do not have enough good roads in and out of here to support thousands of additional cars every day. We can't handle the cars we have now.
