About to get worse. The shooter will be charged with murder. The kids had been warned earlier , that day, by a female, that what they were doing could be dangerous, and told the kids should not be doing this. The shooter left his property and fired at the ground with his first shot. He SHOULD have stopped there, but then leveled on the running kids, and fired another shot, that hit the victim in the back. The shooter has not spoken, and he has a child the same age as the victim. None of this is Good, at all, in Any way, but a boundary was surely crossed by the shooter. One of the largest, is that he Left his property, and Followed the children to , and down, the street. Veering Far away ,and crossing a line that Never should have been breached.

The DA is likely to upgrade the murder charges to capital murder. Apparently, the shooter was waiting for them to return, not in his home, in a defensive mode, but on the side of the house, dressed in black. (New info to me). That definitely changes and elevates things. Also surprised to hear the female interviewed saying she saw them doing this earlier, warned them but didn't report it. A police presence in the area could have been a deterrent. A call to police from the shooter or his family could have connected the reports, but as on the other thread…no one called to make a report of witnessing trouble. See something say something.

But in all honesty, what are the odds the cops would even show up for a complaint about elementary school kids playing DDD. I can't imagine they wouldI was wondering earlier if there might be a history between these two parties….and maybe there is after what your post revealed.I just can't imagine chasing and shooting a child. The dude has got some serious issues.

eighteen : You can't lock doors? I know accidents can happen any time but if I had a special needs child, I'd be child proofing my house permanently.
