There is also a viable Eye witness, their waiter/waitress. Sworn testimony from that employee, and video footage ,and they can def catch charges. These restaurants and the employee should not have to put up with perps like these.

You can tell they planned it by the way they were looking around and making a show of studying and the receipt and pretending to put the tray down with the payment. No doubt that they do this kind of thing regularly.

Just yesterday they arrested a guy here in Arizona for burglary. He scanned his friend list to find who posted on vacation pics, and while they were away he'd rob them.
Nobody needs to know anything about me.
The people in my life call and chat weekly. No need to post anything.
I don't care for all the spying. I do not download every app suggested. Lol I would not register with the dmv here because it was either Google wallet or facial recognition. I got in my car, waited an hour in line and got a new license with current address and updated my voters registration.
