chasinghosts : If they are looking for someone, they have likely not been charged. That again changes the equation. My point has been that is someone has been arrested and charged with a crime, BUT NOT CONVICTED, they should still get the benefit of the doubt and not have their pic splashed across social media.
ComingInHot : Well it doesn't work that way anywhere. I didn't mean they were looking for him. I meant that as an example. If you're charged odds are they have evidence. It doesn't matter. If you look at convicted criminals they too may be innocent but their pictures are in all kind of publications. It's never going to change and some people just aren't going to get the participation trophy either.

MissAmericanPie : You think they are a moron until you realize just exactly how much of the general population actually drive drunk. Even if they are just buzzed or feel normal after drinking, they can be drunk. It's a dumb decision, but almost everyone who drinks or has, has driven drunk and just didn't get caught or wreck. So think before judging.
Babieborris : Actually with all the Laws, Advertising, MADD etc. out there now days, and Uber and other services, there is absolutely no excuse anymore for anyone to drive when they are drinking. You (anyone) can take a friend with you if you don't want to pay a ride share, and make sure they stay sober, or you can arrange with a family member or friend that cares about you to pick you up. We can't keep giving people a way out when they already know this. It has to stop. It's just that easy. This discussion has been locked.
