Dep. Crowder Receives Public Service Award at Prestigious Ceremony

From the office of Constable Kenneth “Rowdy†Hayden, Pct. 4 Constable, Montgomery County, TX:
Congratulations to Dep. Crowder! On Friday 6/21/24, during the 2024 State of Texas Law Enforcement Achievement Awards in Austin, TX, he was awarded the Public Service Award!
Here's why: Dep. Crowder is a retired Houston Police Officer, who decided he wasn't done yet. He started with our agency a few years ago and has immediately impacted our area, especially with him going above and beyond helping out the homeless and those-in-need community.
Dep. Crowder always stepped up and took calls related to homelessness, and always had his police Tahoe stocked with items those in need may need. He helped his young niece and nephew start their own charity to assist those in need called "A helping hand".
Even this last year he spent a lot of his own money helping those in need, making sure a few more families had a great Christmas. Dep. Crowder is our nomination for the Public Service Award.
