DANGER -- CAUTION NEEDED!!!

Jonn :
40s maybe young 50s

eighteen :
Most mentally competent people do not walk around carrying a rifle in a neighborhood.

Pov1989: interesting. Not natural behavior, not illegal. Could be a variety of reasons. Thanks for sharing.

ampate3 :
If he were to point it at a person "carrying" things could go South quickly.

Pov1989 :
Do you know if this man was ever located by police?

doddlebug : completely wrong on the first part. These damn kids wear hoodies in 90 degree weather and shorts in 20 degree weather

goldie :
Nope

doddlebug :
My thoughts.

And completely legal !!

Can someone post something official on this? Hard to believe HPD has not posted this

ampate3: Carrying an unconcealed rifle has never been illegal in the state of Texas.

goldie : We should all be going to those meetings.

Ruger5 : Sure, close your eyes and look the other way!

doddlebug: obviously. Same as if a car runs off the road and hits one of us while we're walking. "Could haves". Keeping what ifs out of it, focusing on what happened, and what the current law allows. Unnatural behavior for concern, not illegal.
