Thank you for always keeping us all informed. This is greatly appreciated, hope you have a good day.
Good morning! Thank you for the update. You are the best! This appears to be a fairly light rain day for us. Yesterday parts of central Louisiana were hit hard.
Thanks for the radar image. I'm not liking that little hurricane image south of Galveston though.

First tropical storm of the season. Gulf Storm May Become Arthur
A tropical system off the Texas coast could strengthen into Tropical Storm Arthur on Wednesday, the first named storm of the 2026 Atlantic season, forecasters say. The National Hurricane Center designated it Potential Tropical Cyclone One on Tuesday, giving it a 70% chance of formation within 48 hours. A Tropical Storm Watch runs from Sargent, Texas, to Morgan City, Louisiana, with the system tracking offshore on Wednesday before moving inland by Thursday. The bigger danger is rain. Forecasters warn of life-threatening flash flooding from Texas into the Florida Panhandle, with 4 to 8 inches widespread and isolated totals near a foot. Coastal gusts could top 40 mph, with rip currents, minor surge, and isolated tornadoes possible. Officials urge residents to avoid flooded roads.
