Solved quite a few problems for us- like the neighbors dogs barking every time we went outside AND now I don't have to keep Cooper leashed when he is outside- he and the Aforementioned dogs would fence fight. But now that we have the cinder block Cooper can't see the dogs just hear them and he just stares at the cinder block. They are ugly to look at though
