Meh...been to one in Vegas. Not a fan; overpriced and nothing proprietary that made me want to go back. Smash Shack is at Nico's now; they are 'in residence' in their kitchen, and their burgers are good. If you want to drive a bit, "Bam Burger" in Spring is really good, and they'll allow you to have half regular fries and half sweet potato fries, as your fry order. The burger buns are so fresh and delicious, too!

LittleTexas : You didn't go to one of these in Vegas, they are Houston only, you may be thinking of EggSlut, which is breakfast.

ILoveReading : At which? Not BunSlut, all of theirs have both sauce and pickles.

We have been twice; their burgers are good and pretty good value for the quality of the ingredients.We haven't had the smashburger from Burger Bodega in the heights because we can't stop ordering the Chopped Cheese, but by all accounts, they are really good and if the Chopped Cheese is anything to go by, I can believe it.

I'll stick to Pete's or Bill's. Skeeters isn't bad either. One thing in KW we do have Burger options.

I def did NOT go to EggSlut, but I thought Id been to a BS there, or might have been one of many other spots , on many trips. ES is similarly overpriced and the line is redic. Better to go to District at The Cosmo, for better everything. Btw, looking at Yelp at the BunSlut in Houston, and it is marked "permanently closed"; their rating was a very bare 2.9 out of 5, before closing. So, it is still a Nay, Nay, for me.
