Convicted Felon Arrested for Evading Police in AtascocitaMark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4On August 8, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 5800 block of FM 1960 Road East in reference to a suspicious male reportedly walking around a parking lot and jumping on vehicles. Upon arriving, deputies attempted to make contact with the male but he ignored all verbal commands and fled on foot. After a brief pursuit, he was apprehended and identified as Walter Donley, a convicted felon. Further investigation revealed that he had a prior conviction for Evading Arrest."Walter Donley was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest with Previous Conviction. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 495th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
