Agree, this "developer" didn't just show up. The COH must have some record of permits etc. ? Maybe it's prohibited per TX Water Code Section 11.086 which covers damage by water diversion ?

When it rains….and it always does….doesn't all this dirt just wash into the San Jacinto River and cause it to need to be dredged out again (after all that money that has been spent on dredging it already)? There does not appear to be any wall to keep the dirt in place. So they are bringing in massive amounts of dirt from "somewhere" that will just go into the river and wash downstream to cause problems for Kingwood/Atascocita area and more money will have to be spent to dredge…rebuild homes and businesses and everything else. And that is not even talking about an actual flood…or big release from the Conroe dam….what a huge disaster! Developers do not care at all! They move on. Are you the only one watching and monitoring all these situations Bob? I don't know how you keep up with all of it….but we are so thankful that you do! Where are the people and entities that are paid to be the watchdogs of these matters? It is their one job! This happens way too much! Thank you again Bob for being the watchdog. You need a crown from the community for all your years of service….and we need an understudy to learn from you for when you decide to retire!

You mentioned the landfill is being done "contrary to regulations". Could I drive down there and ask a trucker who they drive for and ask their employer what developer contracted them ? COH should have records.
