This is 5 miles from Valley Ranch.
Crime has increased exponentially during the 15 years it's been allowed to exist.
Get on another website and listen to what the new , nice neighborhoods are having to put up with.
This needs to be stopped

Did you write the article or just repost it? That's what people need to know, but I don't see how being informed about it can cause any change. I wouldn't know what to do to protest this to make changes.

OMG. I drove through there a few years back. DISASTER. No zoning. Trailers to nice homes but ditches galore, to trashy business to nice businesses. BUT:" A development that didn't exist 15 years ago is now 50% bigger than Manhattan … with hardly any flood control, fire hydrants, or police presence." HOLY COW TEXAS. DISASTER.
