I just called and the said you have to call in individually, because it's federal, not COH! Stupid! So they come for mine and leave the rest of the cul-de-sac or street! Government waste!
muffy : I just called and the said you have to call in individually, because it's federal, not COH! Stupid! So they come for mine and leave the rest of the cul-de-sac or street! Government waste!
I thought the same thing, but I noticed this morning that some areas of the neighborhood were clean, and some had debris. So when I called, that's when I asked if each address had to call in for a pickup. She said that each address had to call in. I have no idea why?
No wait now! 2:44 on Saturday l!
I wonder if it would help to contact Dan Crenshaw and ask why we are having to go through this nonsense calling thing in order to get the debris picked up??? If it's "federal", isn't it under his umbrella? A complete waist of time and tax payers money. Ridiculous!
I reported it in the app. Easy peasy. Did it a couple of days after the storm and my debris was picked up a few days later. The app is called Houston 311
I think I will just light a match and let it burn in the street - then maybe we will get some attention. This is ludicrous having to call and report storm debris.
