That is more than 2 students per seat. I know that is legal for younger students but is it lawful for high school aged kids?

billcherie2 rocklady2024 : As a K teacher I was always worried about no seatbelts when would we go on our field trips to the Zoo. What is so ridiculous that all the buses do not have seat belts. Did you know that seat belts were always required for private schools in Texas. Back in the early 2000's when I taught at a private school all the buses for field trips had to have seat belts.
