Does City of Houston have a law about undriveable damaged junk cars or trucks sitting in a driveway in Forest Cove??? Our neighbor has his severely damaged hurricane Beryl truck sitting in his driveway by the street since the hurricane..all windows are open and it rains in it and it was smashed in the middle by a large tree. Who do you contact to complain ?????

Doddlebug50: as a junk vehicle, these laws may apply. however, being on Private property might change things? I would contact the HOA too
SarcasmWins : this is so true, and in moving this off of their property, the insurance co might say some of the damage occurred in That moving of the vehicle, so they will not want to pay all he is due
Doddlebug50 : I have seen ads on TV for companys that take any car, driveable or not, as donation, but not in a while, it showed a bunch of kids but being senior, my excuse, dont remember who it was. They would send a wrecker to take it away.
