so... he can get out with $50,000? Isn't it 1/10th for bail bonds these days?
ChesterAtkins : The 10% is the none refundable fee the bonding company charges. That fee covers the bonding company's processing fee, profit, and the their cost of insurance they pay to cover bond. It's would also cover their recovery cost if they hired a bounty hunter. So some one would have to come out of pocket $ 50,000.00 they would never see again. Not a likely scenario in this case.

billcherie2 : I totally agree. I've mentioned that on multiple threads. No hate but I believe she would also want him to overcome his addiction and unfortunately for him that may include jail time.

mellen : All I can hope is that the bond is in the millions. With his rap sheet, he should not even be out of jail to do something so horrible.

I think it's terrible that the bond is only at 500 K. That is way too low. With his criminal record he should've been denied bond or at least it should've been a few million dollars. I hope there's no way he can get to the money to post his bond out of her money. I know that he can't benefit from the death as far as an inheritance so that's good but he can certainly use some of that money maybe since he hasn't been convicte
