So as a caregiver, we had two of our clients pass away this week and I know it hurts all of us. We become family. We take care of them, especially when the families are not around. One of my favorite people passed away at the beginning of this year. He was like a grandfather to me. I loved him so much and now to have two more pass away this week is heartbreaking. One was a 53-year-old man who had cancer and him and his kids grew up in the Kingwood community and the other one was the elderly lady that grew up in Kingwood as well wonderful wonderful person. She was so lovely. she was one of them, southern ladies that was like I'm fine. Bless your heart. Do you need anything and we're like no ma'am we're here to help you. I know it's part of the job, but it is hard and you get so close to these people.

Cantaffordthis : I don't know you, but I LOVE you❤️❤️❤️. My dad is in memory care. I just got off the phone with his primary caregiver. I can never thank her enough. I know my dad loves her. I can tell when she hasn't been working because he slips away. When she comes back he perks right back up! I am so eternally grateful for people like you and her who love the people they care for. Heaven has a special place for you 🩷

Cantaffordthis : My sister ran Hospice for southern Georgia. There is a special place in heaven for those who give so much like this.
