Thanks for the tips! If you are really interested in the history here and Humble area, you should visit the Humble Museum. It is quite interesting!
Negative. Its nowhere near Montgomery County. It is between Mills Branch and the San Jac River.

I was just kidding, though. I know where it is, and we have driven down that way before to see about the boat launch, which is private. I'm sure the people there are good, and they tend to keep to themselves. I didn't mean to sound disrespectful.

One of my kids had a classmate from that area. This classmate proceeded to tell some classmates about his mother's occupation. My child came home and asked me "what's a pole dancer? "
I've lived here 41 years and I've never heard of this area!!!! Guess I don't get out much, but maybe that's a good thing. LOL
It's been around longer than Kingwood if I remember correctly. Some folks didn't sell the land they had. I don't know if anyone remembers the little cabin out in front of Forest Cove as well. There used to be a full drag strip where part of Kings Manor is now way back when.
